Before joining Postal Connections, what was your professional background?
Before we joined Postal Connections, I was in the Air Force and with American Airlines. I have a master’s in Safety, and was the director of maintenance at a local amusement park. Elizabeth has a master’s in Speech Pathology and was a stay-at-home mom.
How did your background help you in your Postal Connections business?
Our respective backgrounds have shown us the value of hard work and working together no matter which careers we pursue. As a veteran, I also understand how to follow a proven system – it’s one of the things that attracted me to franchising.
Why did you decide to become a Postal Connections franchisee?
We were looking to become business owners, but we didn’t know where to begin. After a referral, we looked further into the Postal Connections opportunity – our values aligned and we felt like there was room for growth. We opened our first store, and now we have three!
